If you’re using X-Lite as recommended by Call n’ Speak, please adjust your codec settings as shown below:

To reach your codec settings, launch your soft phone, right click on the screen, select Options > Advanced and then Audio Codecs. If you need any assistance in adjusting your settings, feel free to contact us.
